I found that the main limiting belief I had before was my age, but now I think beyond societal barriers and restrictions and envision the life I want to live. Also, working boundaries allowed me to focus on what I knew I should do for myself. How do I manage myself? And that includes physical and mental aspects. Once women are past a certain age, it's very easy to get wrapped up in the needs of others and neglect what we need to grow. So, these were all huge takeaways while learning with Anna. My biggest takeaway in terms of feeling at ease now in a fancy restaurant, Michelin star restaurant, or even dining casually is just that level of confidence and calmness that I have at the table now that I did not have before. Also, I was actually able to strategically network to a greater degree with my existing clients and potential new ones. I just really love how Anna puts together all the various experiences that elegant and elite women could have at various levels. It actually made me dream more about planning vacations, things that I wanted to do, hotels I wanted to stay in, and experiences I wanted to have.
